HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?
The booking process is painless and easy. Once we have chatted, I will send out an invoice with the retainer fee that is required to hold your date/session. Your session is not booked until that is paid.
DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO?
Studio sessions are done in my home studio located in Elkhart. Pet friendly as I have 2 Doodles :)
HOW DO YOU BOOK NEWBORNS?
Babies are totally unpredictable. Your due date is just an estimated time of when they will make their big arrival. I will soft book you on my calendar based on your due date. Once baby is born I ask that you please notify me and I will get them scheduled within 7-18 days old.
Do you provide all the props for newborns?
Yes! I focus and mainly use neutral, jewel and earth tones for layers and wraps. I avoid bright colors and extra props during my session as I want to give you timeless photos you will love 20 years from now.
WHAT TIME DO YOU TYPICALLY DO THE SESSIONS?
Outdoor sessions are shot right before sunset. This means it could be pretty late in the summer time, but the outcome is worth it.
Newborn Sessions are done in the mornings on Saturday/Sunday.
HOW DO WE CHOOSE OUR IMAGES?
For Newborns, This is where we SOFT PROOF. Only minimal edits will be applied. Once your selection is chosen, I will then completely go thru and edit your final selection.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE IMAGES?
Turnaround is approx 3 weeks. Once your receive your gallery you will be prompted to download the images to your computer; galleries expire after a month.
